- Decisions regarding acceptance are ultimately the responsibility of the Programme Chair. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If your submission is accepted you will be notified in the autumn.

- Your abstract must be your original work and your proposal must not have been published, nor presented at another professional meeting.
- If your abstract is accepted, at least one author must agree to appear at the conference for presentation.
- All presenters and attendees must register for the conference and pay the appropriate fees.
- Oral presentations are allotted either 20 minutes or 90 minutes depending on the type of presentation. This time includes time for questions. The poster session is allotted 1 hour, though posters will be on display throughout the day. Please take note of the guidelines for presentations.
- All accepted abstracts will be published on the BDA websites and in conference proceedings and will be available for use by the BDA after the conference.
