Abstract

Up to now analyses have been carried out on pre-defined groups of dyslexic readers. New analyses were recently carried out, looking at the whole range of proficiency/impairments in reading, spelling and math skills as they relate to underlying abilities such as verbal reasoning and spatial skills. Also relations of reading, spelling and math skills with clumsiness were analysed. The results of the analyses will be discussed from the perspective of the particular method of analysis used.
